Hello Anna,
Thank you so much for your note. Your note was read to the board today and we would like to invite you to attend our October 6, 2011 Club meeting at the GFWC Tampa Woman’s Club at 2901 Bayshore Blvd. Our meetings start promptly at 10:30am so I would suggest you arrive by 10:15am. There will be someone there to greet you and as we get closer to the date I will let you know who that will be. We start our meeting with an inspiration, pledge, and introductions. We will go immediately into our project presentations so that you may leave and get on about your day.
We are going to do them alphabetically. The letter attached will be read and then you will have 5 minutes to address the membership and take questions. Please know we mean no disrespect, however due to time constraints, we will have a timekeeper who will be watching our time. After the charities present, you will be thanked for coming and allow you to be excused as we will be taking a vote and going on with our business meeting. The vote is taken at our day and evening meeting and we are going to video your talk and take it to our evening group. The results will be announced to our membership after our evening meeting – throughout the weekend via e-mail and phone trees and then we will contact you with the results.
